Egg Idiyappam

This is simple and easy to with sevai and make ready made Idiyappam with more flavour and taste too

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup Idiyappam
  • 3 Egg
  • 2 chopped Onion
  • 1 string Curry leaves
  • 1 tap Channa dal
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • salt as taste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • Coriander for garnishing
  • 2 tblsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • In pan add oil temper mustard , channa dal, crushed ginger garlic paste
  • Now add chopped onion and curry leaves. saute well
  • Now add all powder and mix well
  • Now add eggs and stir well and cook in low flame
  • Now add Idiyappam and mix well
  • Now its ready to serve Egg Idiyappam
