Egg Idiyappam
This is simple and easy to with sevai and make ready made Idiyappam with more flavour and taste too

- 1 1/2 cup Idiyappam
- 3 Egg
- 2 chopped Onion
- 1 string Curry leaves
- 1 tap Channa dal
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- salt as taste
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- Coriander for garnishing
- 2 tblsp Oil
In pan add oil temper mustard , channa dal, crushed ginger garlic paste
Now add chopped onion and curry leaves. saute well
Now add all powder and mix well
Now add eggs and stir well and cook in low flame
Now add Idiyappam and mix well
Now its ready to serve Egg Idiyappam
