1 Chopped Aloo 1/2 cup Channa 1/2 chopped Onion 2 Green Chili 1 string Curry Leaves 1 tsp Ginger Garlic 1 tsp Mustard 1/2 tsp Urad dal 2 tsp Oil Salt as taste 1/4 tsp Turmeric
In pan add oil and temper mustard and urad dal, ginger and garlic
Add chopped onion and green chili and saute well
Now add Chopped potato and saute well and add salt and turmeric
Now add boiled channa and mix well and cook for 10 minutes in medium flame and stir well in mean time
Now its ready to serve Channa Aloo Fry
