Ingredients
  

  • 1 Chopped Aloo
  • 1/2 cup Channa
  • 1/2 chopped Onion
  • 2 Green Chili
  • 1 string Curry Leaves
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Urad dal
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Salt as taste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric

Instructions
 

  • In pan add oil and temper mustard and urad dal, ginger and garlic
  • Add chopped onion and green chili and saute well
  • Now add Chopped potato and saute well and add salt and turmeric
  • Now add boiled channa and mix well and cook for 10 minutes in medium flame and stir well in mean time
  • Now its ready to serve Channa Aloo Fry
