Capsicum Tapioca Masala

This tapioca masala is an excellent evening snack for children and adults..it is rich in both iron and calcium

Ingredients
  

  • cooked tapioca 2 cups
  • capsicum chopped 1cup
  • onions chopped 1/2 cup
  • green chillies 2 no.
  • mustard seeds, channa dal, urad dal together 1spoon
  • curry leaves few
  • coriander leaves
  • salt and turmeric powder little
  • peanut and seasame seeds little
  • ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  • red chilli powder and turmeric powder

Instructions
 

  • heat oil and saute mustard, channa dal and urad dal
  • add curry leaves and green chillies
  • add onions to it
  • add capsicums
  • add ginger garlic paste
  • add little red chilli powder and turmeric powder
  • meanwhile dry roast peanut and seasame
  • add cooked and mashed tapioca to it
  • add dry roasted peanut powder
  • heat it in a low flame and our dish is ready. serve it with hot coffee
