Capsicum Tapioca Masala
This tapioca masala is an excellent evening snack for children and adults..it is rich in both iron and calcium

- cooked tapioca 2 cups
- capsicum chopped 1cup
- onions chopped 1/2 cup
- green chillies 2 no.
- mustard seeds, channa dal, urad dal together 1spoon
- curry leaves few
- coriander leaves
- salt and turmeric powder little
- peanut and seasame seeds little
- ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
- red chilli powder and turmeric powder
heat oil and saute mustard, channa dal and urad dal
add curry leaves and green chillies
add onions to it
add capsicums
add ginger garlic paste
add little red chilli powder and turmeric powder
meanwhile dry roast peanut and seasame
add cooked and mashed tapioca to it
add dry roasted peanut powder
heat it in a low flame and our dish is ready. serve it with hot coffee
