Kollu Rice
this is simple and easy to do and kollu rice is different, new to all. this is like variety rice with simple ingredients.

- 1/2 cup Kollu
- 1 cup Rice
- 1 chopped Onion
- 1/2 chopped Tomato
- Ginger Garlic crushed 1 tsp
- 3 Green chili
- salt as taste
- 1 string curry leaves
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 Cardamom
- 1 Cinnamon
- 1 Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
In pan add oil and temper funnel seed, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon
Now add onion green chili, ginger garlic and saute well
Now add tomato and cook till soft
Now add kollu and salt and mix well
Now add Rice and cook for 5 minutes in medium flame and turn off
Now its ready to serve Kollu Rice
