Kollu Rice

this is simple and easy to do and kollu rice is different, new to all. this is like variety rice with simple ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Kollu
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 1/2 chopped Tomato
  • Ginger Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  • 3 Green chili
  • salt as taste
  • 1 string curry leaves
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 Cardamom
  • 1 Cinnamon
  • 1 Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds

Instructions
 

  • In pan add oil and temper funnel seed, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon
  • Now add onion green chili, ginger garlic and saute well
  • Now add tomato and cook till soft
  • Now add kollu and salt and mix well
  • Now add Rice and cook for 5 minutes in medium flame and turn off
  • Now its ready to serve Kollu Rice
