Peanut Salad

Peanut Salad is an interesting and also a healthy salad with peanuts and mixture of vegetables. It is a high protein rich salad with necessary calory values. It can also served for kids. They will love it.

Ingredients
  

  • Peanut 1 cup
  • Carrot 1 no.
  • beetroot 1 no.
  • onion 1 no.
  • capsicum 1 no
  • geated coconut 1 tsp.
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper flakes 1/2 tsp
  • lemon 2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • half boil the peanut by adding water, and salt
  • remove from water once it get half boiled
  • grate the carrot, beet root and chop the onion and capsicum
  • in a bowl add peanut, grated carrot, beetroot, coconut, salt, onion, black pepper flake and lime juice
  • mix well and garnish with capsicum. peanut salad is ready
