Peanut 1 cup
Carrot 1 no.
beetroot 1 no.
onion 1 no.
capsicum 1 no
geated coconut 1 tsp.
salt to taste
black pepper flakes 1/2 tsp
lemon 2 tsp
Instructions
half boil the peanut by adding water, and salt
remove from water once it get half boiled
grate the carrot, beet root and chop the onion and capsicum
in a bowl add peanut, grated carrot, beetroot, coconut, salt, onion, black pepper flake and lime juice
mix well and garnish with capsicum. peanut salad is ready
