- beetroot 1 no.

- geated coconut 1 tsp.
- salt to taste
- black pepper flakes 1/2 tsp
- lemon 2 tsp
boil the egg
grate the carrot, beetroot and chop the onion and capsicum
cut the egg as a round shape
in a bowl add grated carrot, beet root, onion, capsicum, salt, black pepper flakes and lime juice
mix well the vegetables
spread the mixed vegetables on the egg, egg salad is ready
