Egg salad is part of a tradition of salads involving protein mixed with seasonings in the form of vegetables and spices

Ingredients
  

  • boiled egg 2 no.
  • Carrot 1 no.
  • beetroot 1 no.
  • onion 1 no.
  • capsicum 1 no
  • geated coconut 1 tsp.
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper flakes 1/2 tsp
  • lemon 2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • boil the egg
  • grate the carrot, beetroot and chop the onion and capsicum
  • cut the egg as a round shape
  • in a bowl add grated carrot, beet root, onion, capsicum, salt, black pepper flakes and lime juice
  • mix well the vegetables
  • spread the mixed vegetables on the egg, egg salad is ready
