Green Gram Samai Veg Pulao is a very healthy and high protein rich recipe too. As we have more vegetables here, it is very good for kids too. This can be served as the best lunch box recipe.

1 cup Mixed vegetables 1 cup Samai little millets 1 chopped Onion 2 Green chili 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste 1/4 cup Green gram 1 cup Coconut milk 1 Bay leaf 1 Cloves, cinnamon, cardamom Mint leaves little 2 tblsp Oil and ghee Sat as taste
Chop all vegetables and keep aside
wash and soak Samai and keep aside
In a pan add oil and ghee and temper bay leaf, cloves and cinnamon, cardamom
Now saute onion and green chili
Now add vegetables and saute well
Now add Green gram mix well and add salt
Now add coconut milk and water 1:2 protion for rice and close lid and cook for 10 minutes in a medium flame
Now its ready to serve Green gram Samai Veg Pulao
