Morkali
this is a simple and easy recipe . this breakfast can be done with in 20 mins if rice was soaked. this i very famous in karnataka

- 1 cup Rice
- 1 cup Butter milk
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Channa dal
- 1/2 tsp Urad dal
- Curry leaves little
- 3 Dry chiili
- Salt as taste
Soak rice for 2 hours or over night and Grind well and keep aside
Now add Butter milk and mix well
In pan add oil and temper with mustard and urad dal and channa dal
Now add Curry leaves and dry chili
Now add Rice buttermilk batter with salt and stir continuously

Next stage
Now close lid and cook for 5 minutes
In a plate grease oil and transfer the morkali
After 10 mins shape with knife and serve it
Now its ready to serve Morkali
