grind shallot and green chilly .
slice and wash vegetables . drain off water
heat a pan and pour oil. when its hot, add mustard.
when it splutters pour onion, shallot and green chilly .
sauté it well and add prawns to it.
sauté for 2 to 3 minutes
pour the vegetables
add turmeric powder ,dried red chilly powder and salt to it.
stir well.
close the pan and put in low flame .
after 5 minutes check vegetables and pour little water if needed.
again close the pan and wait until it gets cooked .
when our dish gets ready.
transfer to the serving plate.
