Rasamalai
Rasmalai, cotton soft cheese in a creamy milk sauce, is a delectable Indian dessert. This bengali sweet is the most ordered one in the restaurants.This is a very famous dessert in North India.

1 liter Milk 1 cup Sugar 2 tsp Nuts Chopped 1 Lemon 1 tray Ice cube 1 cup Rabhadi here rabhadi recipe i posted before refer in that 4 cups Water
Boil Milk and keep in a medium flame. now add lemon juice and stir well
When it started to curdle stir one to two times
Now add ice cube to stop heat and strain in big cloth
Now strain all waters and squeezes the cloth and remove excess water and rub well. open and see the paneer
Now transfer to one plate and make small balls and flat little
Now in Pressure Pan add sugar and 4 cup water and light syrup and add rasamalai
pressure 1 whistles and cook 5 minutes in a low flame and remove excess water in your hand press
Place in bowl which you going to store
Pour the Rabhadi on top of rasamalai
In small bowl add rasamalai and sprinkle nuts and serve cool . now its ready to serve Rasamalai
