Instructions
- Boil Milk and keep in a medium flame. now add lemon juice and stir well
- When it started to curdle stir one to two times
- Now add ice cube to stop heat and strain in big cloth
- Now strain all waters and squeezes the cloth and remove excess water and rub well. open and see the paneer
- Now transfer to one plate and make small balls and flat little
- pressure 1 whistles and cook 5 minutes in a low flame and remove excess water in your hand press
- Place in bowl which you going to store
- Pour the Rabhadi on top of rasamalai
- In small bowl add rasamalai and sprinkle nuts and serve cool . now its ready to serve Rasamalai
