This is a north indian sweet. this sweet use to give like parasadham in Bhuvaneswar Temple . this is a tasty and delight .

- 1 liter Milk
- Mixes Nuts 2 tblsp
- 4 tblsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
Boil Milk in a medium flame
Stir with spatula and boil in a medium flame when it comes up. turn into low flame and stir well
When it comes to the consistency like this your rabhadi comes well and boil for more 5 minutes
Now add sugar and cardamom powder and boil for 5 minutes
Now its ready to serve Sprinkle Chopped Nuts and serve. its mainly served with Rasamalai
