  • Boil Milk in a medium flame
  • Stir with spatula and boil in a medium flame when it comes up. turn into low flame and stir well
  • When it comes to the consistency like this your rabhadi comes well and boil for more 5 minutes
  • Now add sugar and cardamom powder and boil for 5 minutes
  • Now its ready to serve Sprinkle Chopped Nuts and serve. its mainly served with Rasamalai
