In a Pan dry roast coriander seeds, dry chili, jeera, pepper, fenugreek and lastly add dry ginger. ( if you use powder turnoff flame then add dry ginger powder) allow it to cool and powder them
Now add in jar and grind them well
In a pan add oil and temper mustard, jeera and fenugreek.
Now add shallots and curry leaves
now add tomato, turmeric and salt and cook
Now add tamarind water and bring it to boil
Now add little water in that grind powder and add in mixture. boil for 10 minutes
Now add hing and jaggery. boil for 1 minute and turn off
Now its ready to serve Sukku Kuzhambhu
