Sukku Kuzhambhu (dry Ginger )

this is an unique flavour sambar with dry ginger and its great remedies for reduce fat, digest problem and for cold too

Ingredients
  

  • 2 inched Dry Ginger i used powder 1 tblsp
  • 1 tsp Coriander seed
  • 3 Dry chili
  • 1- 2 tsp Jeera
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 Fenugreek
  • 2 tblsp Oil
  • 10 Shallots
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 string Curry Leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • Tamarind extract 1cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 small Jaggery

Instructions
 

  • In a Pan dry roast coriander seeds, dry chili, jeera, pepper, fenugreek and lastly add dry ginger. ( if you use powder turnoff flame then add dry ginger powder) allow it to cool and powder them
  • Now add in jar and grind them well
  • In a pan add oil and temper mustard, jeera and fenugreek.
  • Now add shallots and curry leaves
  • now add tomato, turmeric and salt and cook
  • Now add tamarind water and bring it to boil
  • Now add little water in that grind powder and add in mixture. boil for 10 minutes
  • Now add hing and jaggery. boil for 1 minute and turn off
  • Now its ready to serve Sukku Kuzhambhu
