wash baby aloo thoroughly and boil in the pressure cooker by adding salt, and leave for 2 whistles
once the aloo get boiled, peel the skin
cut the baby aloo into two pieces
heat the oil and temper the mustard, cumin seed, asafoetida, curry leaves
add chopped small onions and saute it for 5 minutes in a medium flame until it turn into brown
add baby aloo and mix well
add turmeric powder, red chili powder, sambar masala, salt and mix well
allow to boil in a medium flame until the the masala get cooked with baby aloo
baby aloo fry is ready. serve with rice, rotis etc
