Bread Kofta In Chow Chow Gravy

Bread Kofta in Chow chow gravy is a very delicacy dish, rich in taste and aroma. This is a new recipe with bread kofta and with chow chow as a gravy. It is very simple to prepare.

Ingredients
  

For Kofta :

  • 4 slices Bread
  • 1 boiled Potato
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tblsp Rice flour
  • 1 string Curry leaves
  • 1/4 Turmeric
  • Oil for frying

For Gravy:

  • 1 Chow chow
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 1/4 cup Tomato
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Red chili
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • salt as taste
  • Cream optional
  • 2 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Clean chow chow, chop it and boil. allow to cool and blend well
  • In a bowl add bread and crumble in your hand
  • Now add all items for kofta and mix well
  • Make dough and divide into equal portion
  • Heat oil and drop koftas, fry well.
  • Now the Bread Kofta is ready
  • Now for gravy , in a pan add oil and temper cumin
  • Now saute curry leaves and chopped onions
  • Now add Ginger garlic paste and cook till raw smell goes
  • Now add tomato puree and cook well
  • Now add all the powders and mix well
  • Now add chow chow pulp and mix well. cook for 10 minutes with little water
  • Now turn off and drop Bread kofta in gravyand spread cream in top of the gravy. Serve it.
