Ingredients
For Kofta :
- Bread - 4 slices
- Potato - 1 boiled
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Rice flour - 2 tblsp
- Curry leaves - 1 string
- Turmeric - 1/4
- Oil for frying -
For Gravy:
- Chow chow - 1
- Cumin - 1 tsp
- Onion - 1 chopped
- Tomato - 1/4 cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Red chili - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(as taste) -
- Cream optional -
- Oil - 2 tsp

Instructions
- Clean chow chow, chop it and boil. allow to cool and blend well
- In a bowl add bread and crumble in your hand
- Now add all items for kofta and mix well
- Make dough and divide into equal portion
- Heat oil and drop koftas, fry well.
- Now the Bread Kofta is ready
- Now for gravy , in a pan add oil and temper cumin
- Now saute curry leaves and chopped onions
- Now add tomato puree and cook well
- Now add all the powders and mix well
- Now add chow chow pulp and mix well. cook for 10 minutes with little water
- Now turn off and drop Bread kofta in gravyand spread cream in top of the gravy. Serve it.
