Bread Pongal
this is unique and my new try in pongal version. this bread pongal is lipmacking recipe. milk and bread generally good to taste .

- 10 slices Bread
- 1/ 4 cup Moong dal
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tblsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Jeera
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 string Curry leaves
- 1 Green chili
- 5 Cashew
- 2 pinch Hing
- Salt as taste
soak moong dal and cook for 10 minutes
Now add bread slices or bread crumb and mix with dal
Now add Milk and mix well. cook for 5 minutes
If you need some more milk add and stir well
in small pan add ghee and temper jeera, pepper, curry leaves, cashew green chili
Now pour season in pongal
Now its ready to serve Bread pongal
