this is unique and my new try in pongal version. this bread pongal is lipmacking recipe. milk and bread generally good to taste .

Ingredients
- Bread - 10 slices
- Moong dal - 1/ 4 cup
- Milk - 1 cup
- Ghee - 2 tblsp
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 string
- Green chili - 1
- Cashew - 5
- Hing - 2 pinch
- Salt as taste -

Instructions
- soak moong dal and cook for 10 minutes
- Now add bread slices or bread crumb and mix with dal
- Now add Milk and mix well. cook for 5 minutes
- If you need some more milk add and stir well
- in small pan add ghee and temper jeera, pepper, curry leaves, cashew green chili
- Now pour season in pongal
- Now its ready to serve Bread pongal
