Pineapple Jam

It is the perfect combination bread and will be loved by kid. It is healthy too.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 No Pineapple
  • 2 Cups Sugar or as required
  • 2 Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Peel the Pineapple and cut it into small pieces
  • Grind the pieces well in a mixer
  • Boil the grinded Pineapple in medium flame
  • Add lemon juice and Sugar also and stir it well
  • When the grinded pineapple turns into paste form and the colour into golden, put off the stove and allow to cool the paste (Jam) well.
  • Pineapple Jam is ready and it can be served with bread/Chappathi etc. If this jam is kept in an air tight glass jar and store in refrigerator properly it can be used for about one or more months.
