Pori Upma / Puffed Rice Upma
Want to try an easy and tasty upma for breakfast , then this pori upma is the perfect one. and also it will help the working women

- puffed rice / pori 5 cup
- onion 2 no.
- red chili 2 no.
- green chili 2 no.
- salt to taste
- turmeric powder 1 tsp
- oil 4 tsp
- mustard 1 tsp
- broken black gram 1/2 tsp
- bengal gram 1/2 tsp
- curry leaves 1 bunch
soak the pori / puffed rice in water for 5 minutes
filter the puffed rice / pori from water.
chop the onion. green chili, red chili and curry leaves
heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard, broken black gram, bengal gram, curry leaves, red chili and green chili
add onion and saute it until it turn into brown
add salt and turmeric powder and mix well
add puffed rice / pori and mix well and allow to fry for 5 minutes in a medium flame
pori upma / puffed rice upma is ready to serve
