in a mixie jar add coconut, black pepper seed, cumin seed and make as a paste
chop the mushroom, capsicum, onion, and tomato
in a pan heat the oil. add onion and saute it for 2 minutes, until it turns into brown
add tomato and mix well
add salt, turmeric powder, sabji masala and garam masala and mix well
add capsicum and mix well and allow for 2 minutes to cook well.
add mushroom and mix well
now add coconut paste and mix well and allow to cook for 2 minutes
now add required water for gravy and allow to boil until it becomes gravy consistence
mushroom capsicum pepper gravy is ready. serve with chappati, rotis etc
