Ingredients
  

  • mushroom 1 cup
  • capsicum 1 cup
  • onion 2 no.
  • tomato 2 no.
  • coconut 5 to 6 pieces
  • black pepper seed 2 tsp
  • cumin seed 1 tsp
  • sabji masala 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • garam masala 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • oil 5 tsp

Instructions
 

  • in a mixie jar add coconut, black pepper seed, cumin seed and make as a paste
  • chop the mushroom, capsicum, onion, and tomato
  • in a pan heat the oil. add onion and saute it for 2 minutes, until it turns into brown
  • add tomato and mix well
  • add salt, turmeric powder, sabji masala and garam masala and mix well
  • add capsicum and mix well and allow for 2 minutes to cook well.
  • add mushroom and mix well
  • now add coconut paste and mix well and allow to cook for 2 minutes
  • now add required water for gravy and allow to boil until it becomes gravy consistence
  • mushroom capsicum pepper gravy is ready. serve with chappati, rotis etc
