- mushroom 1 cup -
- Capsicum 1 cup -
- onion 2 no. -
- Tomato 2 no. -
- coconut 5 to 6 pieces -
- black pepper seed 2 tsp -
- cumin seed 1 tsp -
- sabji masala 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- oil 5 tsp -

Instructions
- in a mixie jar add coconut, black pepper seed, cumin seed and make as a paste
- add tomato and mix well
- add salt, turmeric powder, sabji masala and garam masala and mix well
- add capsicum and mix well and allow for 2 minutes to cook well.
- add mushroom and mix well
- now add coconut paste and mix well and allow to cook for 2 minutes
- now add required water for gravy and allow to boil until it becomes gravy consistence
