Baingan Ka Bartha is a North Indian speciality of roasted brinjals, skinned and made into a simple but exotic preparation. This recipe has an unique aroma and taste.

Ingredients
  

  • Brinjal 3
  • Tomato 2
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilly 4
  • Chilly powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Marsala 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic 3 cloves

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan and put our brinjal on it. use low flame
  • Pour some oil on it
  • When every side of the brinjal gets heated
  • Peel off the skin frofrom brinjal
  • Crush it well
  • Heat a pan and pour oil when its hot.
  • Put onion to the oil
  • Stir well and add garlic on it
  • When its saluted well put all the powders and salt to it.
  • Pour tomato
  • Stir well
  • Pour the crushed brinjal on it
  • Stir well and put green chillies on it
  • Stir well and close the pan and wait for 5 to 10 minutes to get cooked
  • Transfer to the serving dish
