Instructions
- Heat a pan and put our brinjal on it. use low flame
- Pour some oil on it
- When every side of the brinjal gets heated
- Peel off the skin frofrom brinjal
- Crush it well
- Heat a pan and pour oil when its hot.
- Stir well and add garlic on it
- When its saluted well put all the powders and salt to it.
- Pour tomato
- Stir well
- Pour the crushed brinjal on it
- Stir well and put green chillies on it
- Stir well and close the pan and wait for 5 to 10 minutes to get cooked
- Transfer to the serving dish
