Home Made Chicken Shawarma My kids always demands for chicken shawarma from outside so i thought to try it at home and it comes out really well,and now i can give chicken shawarma home made to my kids with lots of love and without risk 1 cup Wheat flour 1 cup All purpose flour 3 tsp Sugar 1 tsp Yeast 4 pieces Chicken (with flesh)2 nos. Egg pinch Mustard seeds 1/2 cup Oil (for mayonnaise)2 tsp Pepper powder As reqd Salt2 nos. Potato Oil to fry potato Take half cup of boiled water and pour yeast and sugar to it. Stir well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.Take a plate and pour wheat flour and all purpose flour to itMix it well.Make a dough using the yeast and sugar mix, water and saltThen keep it closed for about 3 hours or more.After 3 hours we can see a size change in our dough, it will be bigger as we added yeast to it.When we are keeping the dough for three hours, we can do other things, First slice the potato.Then cook the potato using salt and water for 5 minutes.Then drain off the water and fry it using oil. Wipe off the excess oil and keep the fried potato or French fries aside.Then take a mixer or blender and add egg, garlic and mustard seeds to it.Grind it for 1 minute and then pour half cup of oil to it.Then grind it for about 2 minutes and our soft creamy mayonnaise is ready.Meanwhile get the chicken cooked well by adding water, salt and 2 tsp of pepper powder.when its half cooked keep the chicken to the griller and grill it for 20 minutes.Then transfer it to a plate.Make small balls of dough.Roll out these balls lnto round shapes.Then heat a pan and cook these roti's.Transfer roti to a plate.Pluck out the flesh from the grilled chicken and chop into small pieces.Take some vegetables and slice it thinly. Spread out a roti and add some mayonnaise.Spread the mayonnaise and add some vegetables, chicken pieces, French fries and add some tomato sauce too.Roll it and our , our home made chicken shawarma is ready .
