Instructions
- Take wheat flour in a bowl.
- Make small small balls from the dough and then make it flatten shape using chappathi maker or press.
- Repeat same with the remaining dough .
- Then heat a pan with oil and put poori to it , let it cooked and puffed well.
- Repeat same with the remaining poori's and keep it on a plate .
- Then put one poori to the egg mix and dip it well .
- Do same with the remaining poori's and serve it hot or cool .
Recipe Notes
We can use left over poori from breakfast and make this as a snack .
