Instructions
  1. For preparing Beef Manchurian, first cook beef in a pressure cooker using turmeric powder, chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder and salt.

  2. Wait for 5 to 6 whistles and when its cooked, turn off the flame.

  3. Then marinate the beef(keep the beef stock we need this for our gravy) using cornflour, maida, chilly sauce, soya sauce and egg. Keep it for 20 minutes.

  4. Then heat a pan, add oil and when its hot start frying our beef.

  5. When its brown take it out.

  6. And keep in a plate or casserole.

  7. Then heat the same pan or take another and add oil and add ginger, garlic and green chilly sliced to it, saute it well and then add onion to it.

  8. Stir it for 2 minutes and then add the sauces.

  9. Then add the fried beef.

  10. Mix it well.

  11. Then add the beef stock to it

  12. Add salt if needed, close the pan and keep in low flame, wait for 5 minutes.

  13. Wait till gravy becomes thick.

Recipe Notes

Cut onion in square shape, we can add or reduce the sauces as per your taste. Add spring onion for more taste
