If needed add chopped coconut cube at the last stage of gravy
Instructions
In a pan add oil and temper jeera and pepper
Now add curry leaves and shallots. saute well
Now add fennel seed and tomato. saute well
Now add curry masala and mix well
Now add coconut and poppy seeds.mix well and turn off. allow to cool and grind it as a paste
Now boil mutton with 1/2 cup water,turmeric,oil and salt. cook well
Now Transfer to pan and add grinded masala and mix well. cook for 10 minutes. if needed add little water and add chopped coconut.when gravy becomes thick turn off.
