Kerala Style Neymeen Fry

Neymeen fry is a tasty fish available through out south india.In english it is called seer fish.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Neymeen
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 cup Coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • After cleaning cut neymeen into pieces. Then marinate with chilli powder, turmeri powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder and salt.
  • Keep it for 5 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and fry neymeen in hot oil for 2 minutes.
  • Once the fish becomes crispy turn to other side.
  • When fish cooked completely we can take it out and keep it in a plate and serve hot.
