Vargu Kanji ( Kodo Millets Porridge)
This is healthy and good for diet plan. this gives enough energy for a day and this porridge is good to toodlers too.

- Kodo Millets - 1 cup, varagu
- Moong dal - 2 tsp, Pasi paruppu
- 4 flakes Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Jeera
- 2 Pepper bell
- 1/2 string Curry Leaves
- Salt as per taste
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 1/2 cup Water
wash and soak rice and dal
Now in pressure pan, add rice and dal and all other items except milk
Now close lid and pressure cook for 2 - 3 whistles and wait till whistles release
Now again turn on and add milk and stir well. cook for 1 minute and turn off
Now its ready to serve Kodo Millets Porridge (varagu kanji)
