Ingredients
  

  • aloo 1 cup
  • palak 1/4 cup
  • onion 1
  • green chilli 1
  • carrot 1/4 cup
  • beans 1/4 cup
  • cabbage 1/5 cup
  • capsicum 1/4 cup
  • grated paneer 1/4 cup
  • ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • cumin seed powder 1/2 tsp
  • garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • maida 2 tsp
  • rice flour 2 tsp
  • corn flour 2 tsp
  • oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • chop the onion, green chilli, carrot, beans, cabbage, capsicum and make palak as paste
  • in a bowl add all vegetables, palak paste,onion, green chilli, paneer, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin seed powder, ginger garlic paste, maida, corn flour, rice flour and mix well
  • make as a dough
  • from a dough make small balls
  • dust with maida
  • heat the oil and add the balls one by one and fry it in medium flame until it cook well
  • palak kofta is ready to serve. serve with sauce
