- palak 1/4 cup -
- onion 1 -
- Green chilli 1 -
- Carrot : 1/4 cup -
- Beans : 1/4 cup -
- cabbage 1/5 cup -
- Capsicum : 1/4 cup -
- grated paneer 1/4 cup -
- Ginger Garlic paste : 1/2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Red Chilli Powder : 1/2 tsp -
- cumin seed powder 1/2 tsp -
- Garam masala : 1/2 tsp -
- Maida : 2 tsp -
- Rice flour : 2 tsp -
- Corn flour : 2 tsp -
- Oil to fry -

- in a bowl add all vegetables, palak paste,onion, green chilli, paneer, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin seed powder, ginger garlic paste, maida, corn flour, rice flour and mix well
- make as a dough
- from a dough make small balls
- dust with maida
- heat the oil and add the balls one by one and fry it in medium flame until it cook well
- palak kofta is ready to serve. serve with sauce
