Heat oil, add cloves, cardamom and cinnamon,bay leaf
Then add onions and green chili. saute till it turns transparent.
Now add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a few more minutes.
Add tomato and saute well till it becomes soft
Now add mixed vegetables and cook well with salt
Now add all powders and mix well
Now add curd and cook for 2 minutes and add water in 1:2 ratio and add mint and coriander leaves
In mean time soak rice and when water starts boiling add rice.
Now close lid and cook for 5 minutes in high flame and 10 minutes in low flame and turn off and fluff the rice with fork or knife
