soak the rice for half an hour
add cardamom and grind it as a batter
melt the jaggery in a pan and filter it
in a bowl add jagerry puree , rice batter and mix well
now add grated coconut, cardamom powder, salt and mix well
heat the tawa and put the batter like dosa
boil both the side by applying oil / ghee
jaggery dosa is ready to serve
