- soak the rice for half an hour 
- add cardamom and grind it as a batter 
- melt the jaggery in a pan and filter it 
- in a bowl add jagerry puree , rice batter and mix well 
- now add grated coconut, cardamom powder, salt and mix well 
- heat the tawa and put the batter like dosa 
- boil both the side by applying oil / ghee 
- jaggery dosa is ready to serve
