5 nos. Eggs 5 Green chillies 1 no. Onion 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp Chilli powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Coconut oil
Heat coconut oil in a pan, add onion and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add chopped green chillies and curry leaves and sauté for a minute.
Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander powder. Stir for a minute.
Add eggs to this and scramble for 3 minutes in high flame. Sprinkle required salt.
After egg are cooked completely we can switch off gas stove.
Now Kerala Style Egg Burji is ready.
