Sprouted Green Gram Dokhla

- 1 cup Sprouted Green Gram
- 2 Green chili
- Mint small hand
- 2 tblsp Besan flour
- 1/4 tsp Cooking soda
- Salt as taste
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Sesame seed
In a blender Add gram, chili, mint and grind well
Now add besan flour and mix well without lumps
Now add salt, mix well and rest for 10 mins
Now grease dokhla pale or small flat bowl and pour mixture
Steam for 15 mins and temper with sesame seeds and cut
