Wash rice soak for 1-2 hr and cook 50 % with little salt and keep aside
In a bowl add chicken and add other items to marinate and keep aside for 30 mins
In pan add oil and temper whole garam masala
Add onion and green chili saute well and add ginger garlic too
Now add mint and coriander saute well
Now add tomato and other spice powder and saute till oil comes up
Now add chicken and add salt if need saute well and cook chicken for 10 mins
Now transfer big bottom vessel and masala
Add 50% cooked rice and sprinkle ghee and mint
Now close lid and keep dum for 15 mins in low flame and turn off and mix well slowly
