Uppu Seedai
uppu seedai is another important and traditional neivedhyam dish for krishna jayanthi festival.

- 1 cup Homemade rice flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Urad dal
- 1 tsp Ghee
- 1 tbslp Grated coconut
- 1/4 tsp Hing
- 1 tsp Sesame seed
- Salt as taste
- Oil for frying
Fry urad dal powder in pan, turn off when aroma comes well and not fry up to brown
Mix with all other items except oil
Make soft dough with little water
Make small small balls and keep in news paper and rest for 15 mins
Now deep fry with oil and drain out
Now its ready to serve Uppu seedai
