Ingredients

poha 1 cup
curd 1/2 cup
milk 1/2 cup
salt to taste
chopped onion 1
green chillies 2 no.
oil 2 tsp
mustard 1 tsp
bengal gram 1/2 tsp
broken urad dal 1/2 tsp
Instructions
soak the poha in water for 10 mins
heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard, bengal gram , broken urad dal, curry leaves and green chiilies
add onion and saute it for 2 mins
now add curd and mix it in low flame
now add poha and milk and mix well
dahi poha is ready
