Dahi Poha

Dahi poha is one of the easiest and simple breakfast prepared in minutes. It is healthy and tasty too. It can be given for the school going kids. They will love it.

Ingredients
  

  • poha 1 cup
  • curd 1/2 cup
  • milk 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • chopped onion 1
  • green chillies 2 no.
  • oil 2 tsp
  • mustard 1 tsp
  • bengal gram 1/2 tsp
  • broken urad dal 1/2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • soak the poha in water for 10 mins
  • heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard, bengal gram , broken urad dal, curry leaves and green chiilies
  • add onion and saute it for 2 mins
  • now add curd and mix it in low flame
  • now add poha and milk and mix well
  • dahi poha is ready
