Dhabha Style Palak Paneer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Paneer
  • 4 cup Palak
  • 5- 6 nos Green chili
  • 10 Cashew nut
  • 2 Tomato
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • Salt as taste
  • 1 tblsp Butter
  • 2 tblsp Cream optional
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Instructions
 

  • In a pan add onion, green chili , cashew, add little water boil well and allow to cool and grind paste
  • chop palak and boil and keep aside and grind paste
  • in a pan add butter and add ginger garlic paste
  • Add chopped tomato and saute well
  • Now add onion paste cook for 2 mins
  • Now add palak and cook for 5 mins. add salt
  • Now add garam masala cook for 2 mins
  • Now add paneer and cook for 1 min and turn off add cream
  • Now its ready to serve Dhabha style Palak Paneer
