Dhabha Style Channa Masala
Dhabha style Channa masala is the most popular spicy dish of Punjab. Normally, the food prepared in dhaba are somewhat different and unique in taste. It is very easy to prepare.

1 cup Channa 1 large Onion 2 Tomato 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Red chili powder 1 tsp Garam masala Salt tatse 1 tsp Tomato ketchup 1 tsp Jeera 2 tblsp Oil/ ghee
Soak channa over night and cook and keep aside
In pan add oil/ghee temper jeera
Now add grind onion, saute well add ginger garlic paste too
Now add tomato puree and cook well
Add all powder and mix well cook for 10 mins
Now add little boiled channa in blender grind well and add in gravy
Now add Boiled channa mix well and cook for 10 mins and turnoff
Now its ready to serve Dhabha style Channa masala
