Guntur Chicken
Guntur Chicken is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Curries in andhra. this is more spicy and colorful curry

- 1/2 kg Chicken
- 1 tsp Guntur red chili powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- 3 chopped Onion
- 1 Green chili
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 3 tblsp Oil
- 3 tblsp Poppy seed
For marinating:
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
Wash chicken and marinate with the ingredients and keep aside for at least 1 hour
Heat oil in a deep pan, saute the whole spices in the oil for a minute
Add green chilli, onions and salt. Fry till onions turn golden brown and add ginger garlic paste and saute
Add the marinated chicken and fry on a high flame for 2 to 3 mins.
Add the rest of the chilli powder and garam masala, mix well and add enough water to the chicken and cook for 10 mins
Soak poppy seeds and make a paste
Add the poppy seeds paste, stir well and cook
Now its ready to serve Guntur Chicken
