Mutton Keema Muttai Paniyaram

Paniyaram is a famous breakfast dish in Tamilnadu. this is my new recipe . this is fulfilled breakfast and more tasty

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Mutton minced
  • 2 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Idly batter
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel seed
  • 5 tblsp Oil
  • Salt as taste

Instructions
 

  • In a pan add oil and temper fennel seeds and onion and saute well
  • Now add ginger garlic paste and mutton. saute well
  • Now add curry powder, salt , water and cook till mutton cooks
  • Now keema iis ready and keep aside
  • Heat paniyaram pan add oil in each whole and 1/4 whole batter
  • Now add 1 tsp of keema mixture
  • Now add beaten egg in pan
  • Cook both side evenly in a medium flame
  • Now its ready to serve Mutton Keema muttai paniyaram
