Dal - Paruppu Pidi Kozhukattai
this is one of the sweets of tamil nadu,

- Boiled dal 1 cup
- jaggery 1/4 cup
- cardamom powder 1 tsp
- rice flour 1 cup
- salt 1 pinch
- ghee 1 tsp
boil and smash the dal, powder the jagerry, and cardamom
in a bowl add smashed dal, jaggery and cardamom and mix well
in another bowl add hot water, salt and rice flour and mix well
now mix ghee and both dal and rice flour mix and mix well
make like dough
take a small ball from dough and make shape in hand as kozhukattai
in a steamer keep the kozhukattai and steam for 15 mins
now dal/ paruppu pidi kozhukattai
