Vazhaipoo Thogayal
Banana flower/Vazhaipoo thogayal is a tasty and healthy recipe that goes well with Hot steaming Rice. and idly also.

- 1 cup Vazhaipoo
- 1/4 cup Coconut
- 1 tsp Channa Dal
- 3 Dry chili
- Tamarind little
- 1/2 tsp Urad dal
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard
- Salt as taste
Chop Vazhaipoo and soak in butter milk. ( for cleaning vazhaipoo refer my recipe valaipoo aadai) boil and keep aside.
In a pan add 1 tsp oil and roast urad and channa dal
Now add dry chili and coconut and fry for 2 mins
Now add cooked vazhaipoo and mix well cook for 2 min and add salt tamarind.Now allow to cool and grind
