Coconut Poli - Thengai Opputtu

Ingredients
  

  • Grated coconut 1 cup
  • sugar powder 1/2 cup
  • cardamom powder 3 tsp
  • maida 2 cup
  • salt 1

Instructions
 

  • in a bowl add water salt and maida and make as dough
  • grate the coconut, make sugar and cardamom as powder
  • in a pan add coconut and fry it till it turn into slight brown
  • now add sugar powder and cardamom powder and mix well
  • from maida dough take small ball and roll it
  • stuff the coconut mix and cover it
  • roll the stffed maida as small size
  • heat the tawa boil the stuff maida both the side by applying oil
  • now coconut poli / thengai opputtu is ready
