For preparing Mutton Brain Pepper Fry, first chop the onion, green chilli and curry leaves.
In a bowl add water, little salt and brain and boil for 5 mins.
In a pan heat the oil and temper the cumin seeds/jeera, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom.
Add chopped onion and saute it until it turns brown.
Add green chilli and curry leaves and mix it.
Add ginger-garlic paste and mix well until the raw smell goes out.
Add turmeric, salt, pepper, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala and mix well.
Cut the boiled brain into small pieces.
Now add brain in the masala and mix well until the masala blends well with the brain.
Allow it to boil for 5 minutes in a medium flame.
Now Mutton Brain Pepper Fry is ready to serve.
